Made to order
Every Jam Brush product is printed on demand especially for you by our production and fulfilment partner Printful. This avoids overproduction and waste, but it means your order needs a little time to be made before it ships.
Where we ship
We ship to all countries of the European Union, the United States, and Central and South America. Countries available at checkout are the ones we can currently deliver to.
Processing and delivery times
- Production: usually 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
- Delivery: depends on your destination and the shipping method you choose. The estimated delivery time is shown at checkout.
Orders with several items may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate packages. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link for each package.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your cart, before you pay.
Customs, duties and taxes
Prices include VAT for deliveries within the European Union. For deliveries outside the EU, import duties, taxes or customs fees may be charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are payable by the recipient.
Delivery problems
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or tracking has not been updated for more than 10 business days, contact us at info@jambrush.com with your order number and we will make it right.
