Your 14-day right of withdrawal

You can withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends 14 days after the day you (or a person you name, other than the carrier) receive the product. If your order arrives in several packages, the period starts when you receive the last one.

Our products are printed on demand, but they are made from our standard designs, so this right applies to them in full – including discounted items.

How to withdraw

Send us a clear statement (for example an email) before the 14-day period ends to info@jambrush.com, with your name and order number. You may use the model form below, but it is not required.

Returning the product

Please send the product back without undue delay and no later than 14 days after you told us about your withdrawal, to:

You bear the direct cost of returning the product. Please pack it carefully; we recommend a tracked shipping service. You are only liable for any loss in value of the product caused by handling it beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning.

Refunds

We will refund all payments received from you, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we have received the product back or you have provided proof of sending it, whichever is earlier. The refund is made to your original payment method, free of charge. Please note that your bank may need a few extra days to post it.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order when it arrives. If a product is defective, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, email us at info@jambrush.com with your order number and a photo. We will send a free replacement or a full refund – in this case you do not pay for any return shipping.

As a consumer, you also have the statutory warranty rights (legal guarantee of conformity) for 2 years from delivery. Please report any defect as soon as you notice it; reporting within 2 months of discovery is always considered timely.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products made to your individual specifications or clearly personalised at your request (for example a custom design or text you supplied). Gift cards cannot be returned.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
